Our Producers
The Gunnison Valley Producers' Guild brings together a wide range of producers—from homesteaders and ranchers to seasoned vegetable farmers and flower growers. Together, these producers represent a coalition of growers committed to resilient, sustainable agriculture in the Gunnison Valley.

Gunnison Gardens
Gunnison Gardens grows cold-hardy vegetables, fruits, poultry, and eggs without the use of artificial chemicals, herbicides, or pesticides. Our regenerative practices help nature produce delicious, healthy, nutrient-dense food for local families. We started our 4-acre farm in 2015 and now offer two weekly vegetables CSAs and serve three farmers markets in the Gunnison Valley. Our hens produce eggs year-round for farmers markets and our winter egg CSA. We offer “Tuesday Topic” workshops at the farm for local gardeners to learn how to grow their own food. Lead farmer Sue Wyman supports local food production in all forms. Cooperation over competition. We are grateful to all of our customers, supporters, and farm workers over the years. Together, we are building a resilient local food system.

Sunny Sage Farm
Sunny Sage Farm is a small-scale regenerative farm in the Gunnison Valley founded in 2020 by Kara and Zach Husted. For the past five years, we have been working to restore land health through mobile chicken tractors, cover cropping, small-scale vegetable production, and the planting of 200 cold-hardy fruit trees, an edible hedge row, and evergreens! Our goal is to work within the power of natural ecosystems to build soil health and climate resiliency, and to share with our community. It’s a dream in the making!

Glacier Farm
Glacier Farm is a small-scale community farm cultivating diverse vegetables through regenerative practices at 8,600 ft. Established in 2020 as a partnership project between Mountain Roots Food Project and the Crested Butte Land Trust, the farm has expanded production to support food relief efforts, CSAs, and countless organizations within Gunnison Valley. Beyond production, Glacier Farm serves as a hub for learning, engaging the community through hands-on education and volunteer opportunities in cold-climate food production.
