Info for traders
We ask all people interested in trading at the Gathering to bear in mind that although we have tried come up with a comprehensive list of rates, we are aware that everybody has different needs.
Given that this is a non-profit event, we are open to negotiate on these rates. If you have anything to discuss please contact and / or email us.
Stall - frontage over 15ft (2.5m) - [3 free tickets / negotiable.] - £35 per day.
Small stall - frontage under 15ft (2.5m) - [2 free tickets / negotiable.] - £20 per day.
Blanket / Fly pitch - [2 free tickets only.] - £10 per day / negotiable.
NGOs (Non-Governmental Organisations) - [2 free tickets] - £10 for the weekend.
We have a budget to provide free workshops - rates would only apply to workshops that charge participants. If you are interested running any type of workshop, please contact us, we're nice people!
